salmon in a Blanket with kimchi seaweed Sauce

For the Salmon in a Blanket:

• Kvaroy Arctic Salmon Dogs

• Dough sheet (from your favorite brand)

• 1 egg for egg wash

• Everything but bagel seasoning

For the Kimchi Sauce:

• 1/2 cup Atlantic Sea Farm Kimchi Sea-Chi

• 1 tablespoon plain greek yogurt

• 1 tablespoon kewpie mayo

• 1 teaspoon lemon juice

• 1 teaspoon sugar

• 1 teaspoon water

DIRECTIONS 
Cut each salmon dogs into 4 pieces 

Get your favorite dough, cut dough 1/2 inch less than salmon dog width, and roll them up 

Brush egg wash on top of the dough 

Sprinkle everything but bagel seasoning 

Bake at 375 for 15 mins 

Combine all the sauce ingredients.
