one pan Garlic Butter creamed spinach salmon with Jalapeño Lime Sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 stick butter (cubed)⁣

  • 4 medium Kvaroy Arctic Salmon fillet⁣s

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes ⁣

  • 5 cups baby spinach⁣

  • 1 teaspoon sea salt ⁣

  • 1 tablespoon mix of dry herbs ⁣

  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder ⁣

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper⁣

⁣For the cream

  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)⁣

  • 1 cup heavy cream ⁣

  • A tiny slice of jalapeño ⁣

  • Juice of one lime ⁣

  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt ⁣

  • Black pepper ⁣

    *blend all together before pouring. ⁣
