NFL Punter - Johnny Townsend’s grilled salmon recipe

Enjoy this simple, omega-rich recipe packed with essential nutrients ready to do your mind, body, and mood a world of good!

  • 1 - 4lb Kvarøy Arctic Salmon Fillet

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice

  • Traeger’s Fin & Feather Rub

  • Foil lined baking sheet

DIRECTIONS

Preheat your grill at 225F for about 15 minutes.

While grill is preheating, mix olive oil and lemon juice. Place your salmon on the baking sheet and baste it with your mixture. Let sit for 10-15 minutes.

Once grill is done preheating, turn it up to 500F.

Season salmon with your preferred rub. I like Traeger’s Fin & Feather Rub and put on the grill for about 20-25 minutes if you like a more medium cook.

Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
