Kimchi Slaw Salmon Burger

Start by grilling your Kvaroy Arctic Salmon Burger (they come fully cooked) on the stove or on the grill for about 12 minutes (on low heat); until heated all the way through. Spread horseradish on a toasted bun & top with a kimchi slaw. Recipe for the slaw is below!

In a large bowl combine:

  • I bag of slaw (or 1 head of chopped cabbage & 2 whole carrots shredded)

  • 1/2 cup of thinly sliced red bell peppers

  • 1 cup of kimchi

  • 8 green onions (diced)

  • 2 teaspoons fish sauce

  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar

  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil

Mix until well combined & strain juices before serving.
